“I approached Leanne with a complicated task of finding a suitable home for my 75 year old mother who we needed to relocate from Western Australia after the passing of my father so she could be near family to take care of her but be independent at the same time.

We wanted something small and not hard for her to look after as well as safe and it also had to be an investment.  Leanne showed us some new duplexes in the town area of Chinchilla.  The arrangement is I would rent one unit and my mother lives in the other.

The duplex sold to us is close to all the facilities an elderly pensioner needs.  My mother is now very settled and has made the transaction across Australia and coping very well in fact her social life is so busy family need to book in to see her.
